“How Should I Store My Meals?”


Consider investing in glass meal-prep containers. Cool your food completely before placing a plastic lid on top. And avoid warming your food in plastic.

Plastic containers will pass toxins onto the body. Some of those toxins will build negative estrogen in your system. This estrogen is responsible for cancer. It can be stressful to navigate all of the foods, drinks, and environmental toxins you will encounter on a daily basis. There are some items we cannot avoid. This is one item we CAN avoid.

Even if your food is prepped in a plastic container, you can pour it out onto a plate, ceramic dish, or glass container. We also have a countertop oven with a warming function. This works great for warming your food. It also warms it like your oven. In a quick four minutes, your meal can be warmed up, saving you the toxins and the microwave exposure.

Small choices add up to big changes in the body. It’s worth the effort. Your health is worth it.
