How Hard Have You Worked For It?


If a health change is not going the way you hoped, I challenge you to measure your level of commitment. Most people will give themselves a solid C+ or B- in this area. Unfortunately, that level of commitment won't come together for a complete life-change.

There are certain foods that do more than add calories. They add inflammation to the body. They also raise histamine levels. In addition, they disrupt your brain chemistry, making your mood unstable. Your hormones and blood sugar are impacted, as well. When blood sugar is out of balance regularly, you will experience hormonal imbalances, as well.

You might feel your 50% to 75% effort is better than you have ever been before. You should feel so much better, right? You should have lost more weight than you have, right? You are not doing half of the bad things you used to do.

Sometimes, that's not enough. I'm not discrediting your efforts. I'm thrilled you've made changes. Nothing is owed to us for our health. It's up to us to fight for it. It requires consistency and commitment.

I can promise you, if you give it 100%, you will start to see a change. If you have given it 100%, and still don't feel or see a change, you need help. Something more serious could be going on. You need someone to take a deeper dive.

If you don't know what to do to remain balanced daily, you need to seek assistance for it. It is a difficult process to find what's best for a person. It takes time. I offer a 6-month program for that reason. I'm learning the body. It takes time.

No one is coming to save us. It's up to us to change our health. We will either fight for it, or we will surrender to the alternative daily. What is your choice?

I challenge you to go all in. Dig deep. Give it it everything you've got to give. I sincerely don't feel you will regret one minute of it.
