Before we begin training, we give you a FREE fitness assessment. That means before you decide to work with us, we sit down with you one-on-one and assess your muscular imbalances, structural weaknesses, and postural deviations. When you hired trainers in the past, were you just thrown out on the floor and instructed to start working out? We do NOT do that! We want to know what your capabilities are and how we can improve your weaknesses in order to maximize every session. During the free fitness assessment, we will also teach you mobility exercises to correct the issues we find.
