Courtney’s Veggie Soup

2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
2 cups green cabbage
1 bag frozen green beans
2 bags riced cauliflower
1 onion, chopped
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 bags beef bone broth
3 cups water
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp pepper
3 dashes Frank’s hot sauce

Chop up the onion, saute in a pot until it is soft. Next, add the celery, carrots, green beans & chopped tomatoes, cook until soft. Add in the cauliflower, cabbage, herbs and seasonings, stir for about 1 minute. Add the water, bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 1 hour. Add in the frozen bone broth at the end with theheat off and stir it until it is thawed. Serve and enjoy!
